Why Don't You Affiliate?

Well, Spring Break has come around. It is a time of partying, doing stuff, doing absolutely nothing, or doing some sort of activity unpopular to the masses.
People speak of:
A) Going to Disney World ("stuff" but awesome fun stuff. simply cause disney)
B) Sitting around doing nothing
C) "going hiking" or "enjoying the weather".
It is spring after all.
The plants are blooming, flowers growing, bugs spawning. How do you deal with the pesky demon spawn mosquitos? I often find myself smacking the air wildly in hopeless desperation.  But when that proves futile, i look for the source. In most cases, it is still water, with mosquito larvae in it.  First of all, don't drink it. You live in America. Water is everywhere regardless of toxins and microbes. In my yard, there is a pole sticking out of the ground; remnants of a fallen basketball hoop. It is hollow, and whenever it rains, there is quite a bit of water that accumulates in it. I cover the top with a brick. End of story. How do you deal with the outdoors? Are you at peace with nature and let them do as they please, or do you get annoyed at everything and hopelessly flail your arms? A common trend: City Folks tend to be the latter.

For my spring break, i am venturing to a far off land that goes by the name of austrolopicthi-OHIO. Dayton, Ohio to be specific, for we get to attend the  WGI (Winter Guard International) Championship. The bus rides should be interesting. Supposedly approximately 18 hours of butt hurting, nut licking, hibernating bear cuddles, and sleep. It shouldn't be that lonely of a ride. Who is there to associate with. All the we are a collective group working together for one goal; an Ensemble, we are still separated into multiple small collectives, or cliques. In my case, I do not affiliate with any of them, as there is nothing of conversation that can sate me. I'm sure there is, and i would have to venture for it, but that means taking time to talk to everybody who doesn't seem typical and boring.
My isolation is something i choose to do because the typical, and at large, is boring.
Normal is boring. Weird is Beautiful. Insanity is Interesting. Calm and smooth isn't like it used to be. Nothing is. The masses of the ages past demanded of greater respect than today.
I need to watch Monty Python and The Holy Grail.

Also, spring means bright colors and cheerful ness. If tonal harmonies make your day, why shouldn't color add tranquility. that sounds like a good day. appeal to those who would care. the masses, or individuals.
remember: Ab Major only has two flat notes in treble clef on a Bb instrument. do you even micksoldian scale?
